Different devices have different features; most smartwatches are however waterproof. You should also note that different devices have different waterproof ratings.

How Do I choose my size?

Leather and Rubber Straps are adjustable so that you can fit them according to your wrist size.

For watches with metal bracelets, some are adjustable, while for others, you might need to remove a few links for a better fitting. We suggest taking help from your local watch repair shop for that.

Are All the pictures on your website accurate?

Yes, All the products listed on our website are original photos taken at our studio.

Do you sell used Smartwatches?

Unfortunately, we only deal in brand-new smartwatches.

Note: We bring imported “pre-owned” collections from the UK and USA from time to time; in that case, we will announce that on our Instagram page.

Do you Accept Card Payment?

Currently, we accept Cash payment only at our outlet; you can use nearby ATM’s to obtain cash.

What if I Receive a Damaged or Defective Item?

If you have Received a Damaged or Defective Item, please contact us on 0331-3519739 within 48 hours of the delivery, and we will work on a replacement.

What is Your Warranty Policy?

We offer 7 day checking warranty.

What is Your Returns Policy?

If the item is faulty, we can issue a replacement. If you are not satisfied with the size or colour you have bought, you can request a replacement depending on the stock availability.

Do I get a refund on courier?

If the item is faulty, we will refund you for the courier. However, if you are returning an item without reason, we will not refund you for the postage. 

Note: If you request a change of size or colour based on your requirements, you will need to pay for the courier again.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently deliver in Pakistan only. If you are an international customer and want to order for friends & family in Pakistan, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Why is my Order Delayed?

Sometimes our items sell out fast. If we are out of stock on certain items, we will let you know by phone; you can either cancel the order or wait for it to come back in stock again.
